Where do you ship?
You can select a shipping warehouse on the order page. If the option does not have a warehouse in your country, we will send it from China by default.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Generally, we need 1-2 days to ship out after you placed the order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mater, Paypal and all mainly online payment method.

How long does it take to ship my order?
It depends on your location and the location of the warehouse that will ship out your order. If the warehouse in your country it will take 3-7 days depends on which country. If products shipping out from China,  it will take 20-30 days for standard shipping.

Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes. If you need fast shipping, please ask our lovely staff online.

How can I track my package?
As our products are heavy, they will be taking the boat to your country then dispatch by local post courier. After local post courier gets it, we will send the tracking info to your email.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
It very depends on different countries. However, as our product price less than $1000, most countries do not charge taxes.

Do you accept returns?

Are returns free?
We will fully refund the product cost but not the shipping cost; moreover, you need to pay for the return cost.

How long does it take to process a return?
After we get your returned product, we will process your refund in 3 business days.
